Terms of Service

Presit is a software tool that lets independent press-on nail creators receive and manage client requests, track orders, share a public storefront, and optionally collect payments. You are solely responsible for what you sell through the Service and for your relationship with your clients.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and at least the local age of majority to sell through it. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at contact@presit.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content solely to operate and promote the Service (e.g. serving your storefront at presit.app/you).

Don't use the Service to harass anyone, to distribute illegal content, to infringe others' IP, or to circumvent our security. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or abuse the Service, and we'll always try to tell you why.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Trial periods end automatically and convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

When enabled, payments between you and your clients are processed by Stripe under Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Presit is not a party to those transactions. We charge a 1% platform fee on payments processed through the Service, on top of Stripe's own processing fees. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and tax obligations arising from sales to your clients are your responsibility.

Presit's Smart Sizing feature uses AI to estimate nail measurements from photos. Results are estimates, not guarantees, and accuracy depends on photo quality and positioning. The feature is provided “as is”, and you are responsible for verifying measurements with your clients before fulfilling an order.

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms or if we need to discontinue the Service. On termination your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we'll notify you by email or inside the Service at least 15 days before they take effect.
